- Brainy – The National
So, that was quite the list. There were some really good things on there, and a few questionable ones. Now is the appropriate time to laugh at that list. I must admit I’m slightly embarrassed by it, especially the Frankie Goes to Hollywood, but oh well I guess. Of course, there was an extremely large amount of Danny, Tom and Hawksley, but there always is. Today though out of all those songs I’m going to go for Michael Franti, because we all need a music pick-me-up every once and a while, and a little reggae never hurt anyone.
I first discovered Michael Franti through his Obama Song. I was really into Obama and all he stood for (and still am) and the song just seemed really cool to me, it also proved to me that I can like hip-hop/rap/reggae music (other than Bob Marley). After the intial discovery I went in and found a few more of his songs. I especially fell in love with Say Hey (I Love You). Sure it’s a little cheesy, but it’s a damn good cheesiness. And there’s just some kind of appeal to Michael Franti, I’m not entirely sure what it is, but he has that “thing”. This song just always makes me especially happy, and it can give you a good outlook on the world, this is especially shown in the video. The video for Say Hey (I Love You) has just made it up pretty high on my list of top videos. It’s pretty fantastic and incredible cute, see for yourself.
I love this video, I especially love that it’s real people and his background looks real, not Hollywood perfect. I think that’s what makes the song not come across totally fake and cheesy. It has a certain real-ness to it not expressed in most things. I really love that the people look like real people of different sizes, cultures, and are allowed to show real emotions. It’s a pretty darn cute video, and I think it can even make all you cynics out there smile (it achieved that for me, and I’m about as cynical as it gets). So, please smile away for the rest night, and if you’re like me you’re going to watch this video about a million times more. For now though I’m out, thanks for putting up with me for this long, it’s greatly appreciated, and feel free to continue, that would also be greatly appreciated.
P.S. Feel free to get up and dance a bit to, it may actually be a requirement. Awkward dancing especially.
It’s Called Summer
Okay, so I thought today was a good day (or night) for my new favourite musicians. Kinda like my summer music list. I’m going list my favourite song by each band but be sure to check out all the songs of each one.
1. Juliette – Hollerado (this indie boy band to the max, but perfect for the pool)
2. Bulletproof – La Roux (not my usual, a little to electronic and well…female, but for some reason I really like it)
3. Little Lion Man – Mumford & Sons (one of my favourite bands of the year, check ‘em out)
4. Kindergarten – Zeus (another one of my new favourite bands, also invited to the Sensitive Bearded Boys Festival “SBBF”, ‘course theirs are a little more hipper than say Bon Iver or Iron and Wine)
5. Babies Don’t Like Blue Anymore – Yukon Blonde (wasn’t sure about the band or song but it’s really growing on me)
6. Caught In The Crowd – Kate Miller-Heidke (for some reason I’m really loving this right now, kinda quirky, but super good. She’s classically trained as an opera singer, so it’s really interesting. This song is a bit of an eye-opener and a little cheesy, but I’m always up for a little cheese)
7. Your Island – Young Rival
8. This Feeling – Danny Michel (you must check out his newest CD Sunset Sea, it’s fantastic, I’ve had it on non-stop for weeks. Has a very Caribean feeling, yet still very Danny)
9. Golden Age – Jay Jay Pistolet (this guy is very quirky, but quite fantastic)
10. MIA – Emmy The Great (she’s really interesting, love her lyrics, especially in this song, although it’s actually very sad)
11. Bright Future – Bowerbirds
12. Airplanes – Local Natives (this is yet another really fantastic indie rock band, it’s also a really lovely song)
13. Dreamer – Jenn Grant (upbeat and happy, kinda reminds me of Sarah Harmer)
14. Captive – Sarah Harmer (this is from her new CD Oh Little Fire. I Think this song sounds a lot like Ingrid Michaelson’s The Way I Am. The whole CD’s really good in a happy go-lucky, Sarah Harmer way)
15. Not Your Parent’s Music – Hawksley Workman (I’m kinda bummed this is the music that’s making Hawksley popular it’s pretty generic and if it wasn’t him I’d think it was great, but if you’re lookin’ for some good ol’ Hawksley Workman, check out his older stuff)
16. Without A Doubt -Isbells (I’m not even going to say it, I think it’s pretty obvious what it is)
17. Floating In The Forth – Frightened Rabbit (indie boy band, but with a scottish twist, even better. For some reason this song just really gets me and I can’t help but love it)
18. Leftovers – Johnny Flynn (everyone’s favourite British boy)
19. John Had a Bell and a Whistle – Sunparlour Players (a very strange song, a little like Rock Plaza Central)
20. Crooked Legs – The Acorn (taking place as one of my new favourite bands, you have to check them out, you won’t be disappointed)
I just want to clarify, these bands aren’t all knew to me, some of it is just new music and some of them really are new to me this year.
So I have a video I’ve been wanting to share forever. This is video for The Acorns song Crooked Legs. I think it’s a great video and really clever.
I like the editing of this video, and of course the song. I just think it’s super clever, and although it doesn’t quite make sense with the song, some how it works. I like video’s that are a little more abstract, and this one certainly is that.
Battle of the Bearded Boys (and Lady Gaga)
Five Words. I love The Swell Season. Simple as that. And more over, I especially love The Swell Season live, which I first realized last night when I saw them live. Yes live! It was a fantastic show, full of dreamy Irish charm, and passionate vocals. In fact I think it may have been one of my favourite live shows, EVER. And trust me that’s saying a lot. I was really worried about the show, because I love The Swell Season so much, and I so badly wanted it to be good. I thought that I may love it too much, and it couldn’t possibly live up to my standards. It lived up to my standards and than passed my standards, passing into a whole new realm of standards I didn’t even know existed. They did everything I wanted them to, plus more. Peter Katz, the opening show, was also incredibly fantastic.
We walked in a little late (after getting my Strict Joy record of course), and at first I didn’t care how much of Peter Katz I missed. I mean he was just the opening act, how good could he be. The answer is really, really good. By the end of the first song I heard, my opinion had completely changed. I had aquainted myself with his music going in, but nothing could prepare me for how good he really was. Seeing him live really opened my eyes. I found him really similar to Donovan Woods in that same way. Listening to his songs, and his stories, and inspirations related to them, was really fun. I highly recommend checking him out if you ever get the chance. For now though, give a listen to ‘Til You Come Home, The Fence (Matthew Shepard’s Song), and Oliver’s Tune. The Fence (Matthew Shepard’s Song) is especially awesome. Not only is it a tribute to Matthew but a really beautiful song about pain and loss. I love to see musicians sing about things that really inspire, and impact them, but that are also current events. Using the power that is fantastic singing for the greater good is the way I’d use mine if I had any singing powers.
So below is the video for Peter Katz’s song Posters. This video is pretty quiet, but I find it powerful in an…un-powerful way. He’s just painting away, in his plaid shirt and ripped jeans, singing a quiet and serene song. Isn’t that what everyone does when they paint? By the way, he’s definitely invited to my Sensitive Bearded Boys Festival. It should actually be called Sensitive Bearded Boys in Plaid Festival, since they’re always wearing plaid. What’s with that? Anyways here’s the first video of my Battle of the Bearded Boys post.
So up next was the main attraction. THE SWELL SEASON. Yes folks, your heard it here first. They came out and (warning this is an increibly cheesy thought) this sense of calm just washed right over me. It was like at that moment everything was okay. I have a feeling The Swell Season has that effect on most people (mainly young women, who drive Mini Coopers, since the parking lot was filled with them). They started into the first song, and well I was completely blissful in my Glen Hansard filled heaven that was the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Nothing could have interrupted it. Not even the bad singing in the row behind me. Nope, nothing disturbed it. The only disturbance was the ending when I had to leave. That was a total bummer. I could have stayed there forever. But that wasn’t an option so I made the best of what I could with the time I had. I was hoping to add pictures to this post, but my hands were shaking so badly because I was so excited that my photos are just blurry messes of Glen Hansard.
They did all my favourites including Low Rising, Feeling the Pull (a fantasic rendition, really awesome), Falling Slowly (of course, I’m not sure they’ve ever done a show without this song), In These Arms, and The Moon. They also did a Neil Young song, as well as a duet with Peter Katz, which was awesome. I felt like they added some new things they’ve never done before, which was great because that means they were comfortable at the show. They also had one of the greatest encores, consisting of a large variety of songs including solos by both Glen and Marketa as well as a few duets. The show also consisted of spot the U2 moments becuase of some lame joke someone made about Bono and Glen Hansard that I never understood and I don’t think he did either. Glen really does have great stage presence though. He definitely turns on that Irish charm to the max. But not in a kitchy, cheesy way, but a refined and subtle way. A way that made almost every woman (and probably some men) completely swoon out of that building with happy dreamy thoughts of Glen dancing in their heads. I almost brought a Marry My Mother poster, but decided against it in the end, sorry mom. Although he has some great charm he’s also one of the most passionate singers I’ve ever encountered. It’s obvious he’s doing the thing he really loves to do, and he wants everyone to love and appreciate it as much as he does. Well, I’m pretty sure most people do. Even if they don’t like his music, they have to appreciate his passion and dedication. This reminds me of Van Morrison at times. Although I don’t know much of his music, from the few I do he has the same passion. Of course Marketa Irglova was great too, although I’m not as much a fan of her music. She has a beautiful voice, it’s just not my kind of voice. Although their duets are stunning together. What with his big rolling voice, and her high, quiet voice. It’s a nice mix.
Fans of The Swell Season are also much shorter than, say, Vampire Weekend. Maybe because the main audience is female? Anyways I could see perfectly. I’ve also found at shows, when you get tired of watching the singer (not that I ever get tired of you Glen, I just needed some amusement), watching the drummer is the cause of much amusement. Especially this drummer. He was hilarious to watch. What with his crazy facial expressions and funny body movements. Of course he could also sing. Like really sing, only as back-up but still just from that I loved his voice.
As you can tell I’m sure, I loved the show. I’m having trouble fitting it all into one post. I hope I’m doing the show justice. If not, well, go see it for yourself and experience it all on your own. For now though I think my time has come. I’ve passed 1000 words and my bedtime (congratualtions you dedicated readers, you’ve passed quite a feat today), so I’m going to finish it off with another video. This one’s for In These Arms, which is a quiet song, with a pretty funny video.
I like it because the song almost verges on cheesy but the video is completely ridiculous and funny. Especially Glen’s…interprative dance? And the funny masks. He’s definitely going to be added to my awkward dancers list. Congrats Glen. And congrats to all of you readers, until next time, goodnight!
P.S. you should have seen the Lady Gaga fans last night (or maybe you did..) they were almost as ridiculously dressed as the Lady herself. The only funny outfit we got at The Swell Season was Glen’s ridiculous hat.
Rain, Rain Please Stay
So, a good ol’ rainy day, where it just rains and all you want to do is curl up on the couch with a good book, some tea and the perfect music. Well this is a mood I’m often in and have made many a Rainy Day playlist, but there not all great, so here’s another try of mine. The problem with the rainy day playlist is it’s hard to know what the perfect rainy day song is. I’m sitting at my aunts house curled up on the couch awaiting the rain and couldn’t be happier. These are songs that seem pretty good to me at this exact time on this exact rainy day, let me know your perfect rain song.
1. Ticket Taker – Low Anthem (my dad introduced me to this, and I really love it, GO DAD!)
2. Passion Play – William Fitzsimmons
3. City Song – Emmy The Great
4. Low Rising – The Swell Season
5. World Spins Madly On – Weepies (my favourite morning song, or grumpy, bad mood song totally captures the mood)
6. Road Regrets – Dan Mangan
7. All The Way Down – Glen Hansard
8. Song For Your – Alexi Murdoch (pretty little song for any mood)
9. Shore to Shore – Johnny Flynn (just a perfect song)
10. Bright Future – Bowerbirds
11. Insects – Brasstronaut (a creepy title for a pretty, rainy song. Don’t get turned off by the name like I did at first)
12. Safe and Sound – Hawksley Workman (the most perfect song EVER, for anything)
13. Song For The Road – David Ford
14. Eyes Full Of Rose – Horse Feathers
15. Julie Blue – Joe Purdy
16. Weighty Ghost – Wintersleep (another fantastic song that I’ll never get sick of)
17. Beautiful – Danny Michel (because it captures the mood perfectly and who doesn’t love Danny?)
18. Blue Skies – Noah and the Whale (the title may have blue in it but it’s “a song for anyone who can’t get out of bed”, perfect)
19. Dreamer – Jenn Grant
20. Skeletons (Acoustic Version) – Yeah Yeah Yeahs (one of my favourite songs by them)
21. Drinking Games – Library Voices (saw them at Hillside, FANTASTIC)
22. In The Battle of Sun VS. Curtains, Sun Loses and We Sleep Until Noon – Woodpigeon (greatest song title ever and perfect for a rainy day)
22. Lay Me Down – The Frames
23. The Dress Looks Nice On You – Sufjan Stevens
24. Summer Day – Coconut Records (don’t let the name decieve you, it’s all about rain)
I’d say that’s pretty awesome for a rainy day, or any day for that matter. A day you need some good quiet music, which is a lot of days for me. Below is the video for Weighty Ghost, which I’ve been meaning to play for awhile so it’s perfect. This is one of my favourite video’s even though there’s nothing spectacular about it. Maybe it’s just the great song, or the sing-along chorus which I’m a HUGE sucker for. Either way, enjoy.
I hope that put you in the rainy, sleepy mood if you weren’t already.
Tickled in Johnny
Once again I have a new discovery, thanks once again to Last.fm. It’s a little on the folk/country side, but in a tasteful way, not in a “god’s great, beer’s good, people are crazy way”, thankfully. Anyone heard of Johnny Flynn, well me neither, until about a week ago and I’m not sure how I ever lived before it. He’s fantastic in a country/folk/indie/blues/rock way. He basically sounds like a British David Francey. What could be better? – truthfully, not much.
I’m patricularily obsessed with his song Shore to Shore, there’s something about the lyrics, and the whole melody that really gets me. Almost a “throat catcher” as my mom would describe it. Other great songs to check out are Tickle Me Pink, Sally, and Leftovers. Trust me, when you first listen to it you won’t understand and you’ll be like “what was that littlethumbed, weird vegetarian girl talking about” (someone actually said that to me, well not the littlethumbed part but the weird vegetarian part, gotta love highschool), but give it a few more tries and my guess is you’ll love it as much as I do. I mean I feel like I shouldn’t, but well, I do. His voice is not at all what I usually go for, maybe it’s the fact that it reminds me of another musician I really like? I have no idea. I find it’s best not to question the wonderful world of music, well the indie one, maybe the major, popular stuff (I mean, Brittney Spears and Lady Gaga, or 50 Cent and Lil’ Wayne, you can question that for sure).
Johnny Flynn is one of those musicians where I could actually listen to the whole CD, not just a few songs which is what’s been happening to me lately. His CD A larum, is especially fantastic. Every song on there is extremely listenable, I’ve already told you my favourites, but do check out the whole thing it’s pretty awesome. I’m sitting here listening to it and I’m in shock that I love it as much as I do. His voice really is magic, in a way like Tom Waits or Hawksley Workman, because I find they both have “magic” voices to. When I first heard him sing, I had such a clear picture of what he looked like and than actually saw and picture and was shocked. Not that he looked bad (not that at all
, just that he wasn’t bearded, and weathered looking, rather spry and “slim and trim” like my grandma would say, and man can that guy pull off a plaid, lumberjack style shirt, I mean that there is a feet (no offense to any lumberjacks, I’m sure you do to).
I think it’s best I stop ranting about lumberjacks and get to the video. I couldn’t decide what to show, but I think I’m going to go for Leftovers, don’t forget to check out others. Once again this video is a little strange, but not as much so.
I’m still in shock about how much I love him, but hey music’s a funny thing, I already knew that. Hope you like it as much as I do, and remember to give it a chance — it may take awhile. Try starting with Shore to Shore, it’s a pretty gentle introduction into the world of Johnny Flynn.
Mood Music
Alright all you eyetuners, I’ve done something fantastic. For the first time since I got my music listography book, I’ve been brave enough to open it and start a playlist. Now ironically the first playlist I opened up to was Songs That Completely Transform Your Mood (A.K.A. Therapist in a Song). This is the perfect playlist for me at the moment and I’m happily filling it out. Now the book gives 22 spots to put songs (which is a strange number), but I’m not going to fill it all out right now. I’m assuming it means the songs transform a mood in a good way (I think I have more than 22 bad songs). As I’m recording the playlist I’m noticing that most of the songs are new ones. I think that may be because all my old therapy songs have bad moments associated with them (which is ironic, considering their supposed to be happy songs, associated with good things), so I’m starting fresh (well except for a few).
1. Orange Sky – Alexi Murdoch (I know very predictable)
2. Claire Fontaine – Hawksley Workman (I have both a Christmas thing and a Hawksley thing, which makes this the perfect therapy song)
3. When I Look At You – Miley Cyrus (I’m afriad I can’t explain this one, sorry. I really wish I could)
4. Road Regrets – Dan Mangan
5. One (Blake’s Got A New Face) – Vampire Weekend (as I’ve told you before, this song makes me think of someone who always makes me smile)
6. Low Rising – The Swell Season (this song just has that, ahhh, everything is okay effect)
7. Fairytale of New York – The Pogues (as you can tell, I really have a Christmas thing, this whole playlist should just be Christmas Songs. There’s something about this song I really love, although it’s not really very nice)
8. Falling Slowly – Glen Hansard & Marketa Irglova
9. Safe and Sound – Hawksley (this whole playlist could also be Hawksley)
10. San Diego Serenade – Tom Waits (my sleepy song, enough said)
11. All Is Love – Karen O and the Kids
12. Ain’t No Reason – Brett Dennen
13. Sweater Song – Hedley (once again, hard to explain)
14. The Cave – Mumford & Sons
That’s all I can think of for now. I’m going to post this playlist on my Music Listography Page, where you can find this and soon to be, other ones. Check for updates, I’ll keep adding songs as I think of them. Of course, now that I’m actually doing the playlist I can’t think of many, hopefully more come. I’m thinking that I’m going to start filling out more of the book, not that I’ve christened it. Probably expect one, every week or so.
So, I was having trouble finding a song to play because I’ve talked about most of them already, so below is Sweater Song by Hedley. When I was really little I was really in love with Hedley especially the song On My Own (I still no all the words), I even got to see them once. As a got older I decided that I actually wasn’t so crazy about them, it got to the point where I couldn’t stand it. It may be because all of a sudden my friends started to really like it as well, which made it no longer my little secret. And than one day I heard my aunt playing the Sweater Song. I didn’t even realize it was Hedley at first, but I really love it even though it’s uber cheesy, trust me I know. The week I discovered the song was during, you got it, CHRISTMAS! So it always makes me really happy. Enjoy the song, or atleast try to. I know, Miley, Hedley same playlist, YIKES. But Hawksley and Tom are there too.
I still have my autograph from Jacob Hoggard my cousin got me, although it doesn’t have the same appeal it used to, it was still my first autograph. It will be an embarrassing music thing to tell my kids, although by than Hedley will probably be non-existent.
Fink Is The Thing
I’m not in the mood for a lot of writing today, but I hate to miss a post, so I’m just going to show a video. And a really pretty song and voice.
This was a band I found on one of iTunes song of the weeks. Their called Fink and at first I wasn’t so sure about them or the song, but the more I listened to it the more it grew on me. You may ask why I got it in the first place but it was free and I couldn’t resist. He’s actually pretty good, he has this great folky Coldplay thing going on and once again he’s from the UK. Something about the song I’m featuring (This Is The Thing) is really pretty and kind of gives me this shivering thing. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. It may take a few times for you to enjoy it. You could also try another song like Pretty Little Thing or If I Had A Million. Anyways, hope you enjoy, talk to you later.
The videos nothing spectacular although I find it interesting to see what someone looks like and he looks pretty normal to me. I think he’ssitting in his home and maybe the woman is his wife? She isn’t a great actor, her movements are strange and she has alot of outfit changes. Anyways, just listen to his voice.
It’s Exciting In The Matinee
It’s Wednesday, just a typical Wednesday. Not much exciting happened today except for a kid’s nose bleeding in the hall and that was more gross than exciting, so no, nothing thrilling happened today. In order to break this boring spell, I’m going to write an exciting post, or at least try to. I feel I’ve been in this rather depressed mood actually and have only blogged (what a funny word) about sad things. I apologize sincerely and am now breaking out of that funk (for today at least). I’m actually not sure what to talk about so I’m going to keep writing and some random thing will pop up. Okay, here I am writing, just writing, no pressure to write an exciting blog post or anything.
Okay, it came to me: today I am going to write about Franz Ferdinand (and no not the murdered archduke, but the awesome band Franz Ferdinand). I mean they’re exciting and they’re different and, well, perfect. I first heard Franz Ferdinand when I was about 11 or 12 I guess. My dad had just bought their first CD self titled Franz Ferdinand. That whole winter all my mom and I heard was Franz Ferdinand and The Libertines (they’re so awesome too, pity they broke up) over and over again. When I was younger I didn’t appreciate all their greatness. It actually wasn’t until I broke out of my bad music period that I really started to appreciate them. These days, I definitely appreciate them and all their greatness.
I’ve come to the conclusion that Great Britain (especially Scotland) is the only place that can produce gangly, awkward and very talented indie, punk bands which led me to yet another conclusion and that is, I must travel to Scotland so I can meet my perfect gangly band love and move to Scotland to be with them. That would be perfection.
Anyways, forgetting about my little daydream and back onto subject. Franz Ferdinand is a very solid band. They’ve produced many a good CD, that has all good songs, so I can actually listen to the whole CD. I’ve noticed this trend lately where newer bands, their CD’s aren’t fully listenable. I mean they have good songs, but usually only a few good ones but not Franz Ferdinand. They only have good songs although of all their songs, No You Girls and The Dark of the Matinee have to be my favourites. Each song has really clever lyrics, a good beat, and Alex Kaprano’s lovely voice.
Lately they’ve been getting quite popular (but not so popular that I can’t listen to them any more). Sadly though, they’re touring in Europe right now. I really think they should come to Canada again. My dad and I missed seeing them about a year ago and that was a real bummer.
Anyways, enough with my music rant. I must go watch Pirate Radio now — hope my post livened up your day a bit. Below is a Franz Ferdinand video. This is probably my favourite song by them. The video is pretty cool too, more awkward dancing (I think I may have to make a list of awkward dancing bands). The whole band looks pretty cool, all very Scottish looking (tall, pale, and gangly). Enjoy your (now) exciting day.
P.S. you may have noticed my blog layout changed slightly (or not). I was playing around with other layouts and all my widgets got lost in the process. I’m slowly trying to gain them back although my category cloud is looking a little sad. Just wanted to let you (whoever YOU is) that I’m aware of the problem. Oh, and don’t be alarmed if the layout changes soon.
Fly Away
Today I’m making a new old discovery. For a very long time I listened to Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly all the time and then all of a sudden I just stopped. Then when I switched my music libraries I lost it completely. A little while ago I watched the movie Bandslam (which was not awful, great music references which is unusual for that kind of movie) and the main guy refers to Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly (which may be one of the greatest band names, EVER) and then I remembered. So today I decided could there be a better time for Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly. ? It seems really perfect for the day. His voice is like “magic” in my opinion, something about it just really awesome. Today I went and re-purchased his CD The Chronicles of a Bohemian Teenager and I realized he had a new CD, Searching for the Whys and Hows (another great name). I loved his first CD but I have to admit I wasn’t so crazy about his last CD. It didn’t have that same “thing” (I don’t know how to explain the “thing”, but it’s important in music and well anything I guess) except for one song, Let The Journey Begin. That one has the “thing”. I think the thing about his new CD is the fact that it’s not as listenable as his first. I could easily listen to The Chronicles of a Bohemian Teenager as a whole CD, but not so much his new one. It’s unusual to love every song on a CD but for The Chronicles of a Bohemian Teenager I really do. It may have been unfair of me to ask two great full CD’s of him. Don’t get me wron,g there seems to be some great songs but it’s not so great as a whole CD. Listen to it anyway, maybe you’ll have a different opinion.
My favourite songs of his have to be: The Chronicles of a Bohemian Teenager, The Lighthouse Keeper, and Get Cape, Wear Cape, Fly. Something about his voice and the music in general makes me think of the East Coast, being in Newfoundland or something. I’ve always wanted to live there and that may be why I love it so much. He’s actually from the UK which has the same feel as the East Coast so that must be where the vibe comes from. Everything seems right when this is on. I certainly won’t forget him another time!
Once again this proves my point that most great music comes from Great Britain (The Beatles, Mumford & Sons, Alexi Murdoch etc…). He’s pretty great to watch too, not what you’d expect him to look like at first and then you see him and of course it makes sense. I may have a small crush not that he seems “crush worthy” he just has something about him. When you go and look him up (which you better do) you’ll see what I mean. Anyways if you don’t know about him than check it out it’s pretty great and if you do than well, you rock and obviously have awesome music taste!
I was having trouble finding a Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly video (I guess not that many people know of him) but I found this. Not quite what I wanted to show you, definitely look him up to get a better version.
